    1. Chisel pin: When the chisel pin is seriously deformed, it is very difficult to replace. So we need to change the side of chisel pin per every 100 to 150 hours, and replace per every 500 working hours.

Chisel: Moil Chisel, is used to drill into soft rock by a hydraulic hammer, in which the hole is filled with explosives for blasting the rock;It is also often used to pry rocks.If we use chisel for a long time, it is easy to deform; if the end of chisel is worn, it is easy to slip. So we need to sharp the end of chisel. After many times of polishing, the chisel will reduce the hardness. If the distance between chisel and the guide bush is too large, the piston can't strike the chisel properly.

Vulnerable parts for hydraulic breaker also include the front cover, stop pin, rubber plug, seal kit, bolts, oil tube, etc.Therefore, every excavator should always be equipped with these accessories in case of emergency.In addition,we needs to replace the seal kits every 600 hours. If there is oil leakage, which means the low pressure oil seal has been damaged, we need to ask a professional staff to replace. During the breaker is working, we must ensure all equipment is in normal status to avoid some safety accidents.
